Omar was very friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. He explained things in detail about what the maintenance entailed & keeping me on tract for my next service. Talking with him, I felt at ease & that if I ever had any future questions or issues about my car I could ask him. Honda is Lucky to have an employee like him.

I was not 100 % happy due to 1} my car is still under 3 years. 2} it just passed the 36,000 miles 3} the problem (the noise) begin about 1.5 months ago when the car were still under 36,000. I told myself it's not an emergency issue and i was very busy, I waited until yesterday because the noise was getting louder and louder. Few weeks ago i took couple long trip to Safran and Vegas added lots of miles and passed the 36.000 miles limite. For the above reasons I was hoping Honda would take it to consideration and wave the $225 or discounted from the $225. This is my feedback for my satisfaction. Good day and thank you! Best, Peter P

Daniel Tieu was awesome! He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Daniel was also very proficient at his job, he listened to what I needed to get done and got me in and out very quickly. Picking up my car was so also a breeze, I got a text message when my car was done and I was able to pay and get my car very quickly. This was my first experience taking my car to the dealership for service and it was a good experience.

This has been the third time my vehicle has been in for the same issues. The second time they replaced the audio and the tech advisor told Daniel that my front driver and passenger windows were going up super slow due to my tint. BS!!! I finally got new regulators replaced. They left my windows super CSI fingers printed all over. SMH I should see how long my audio will last.
