When I use the coupons that Goudy sends me, the service associates seem to treat me like less than a paying customer. I was chided for not presenting my coupons at the beginning of the transaction, but the associate did not provide me with an estimate for my service, which it should’ve been my right to receive. Then I would have learned that I was not allowed to apply more than one coupon on the same visit, and could have foregone unnecessary services and avoided additional expense.

It took longer than expected to complete the service due to the part not being available. If the service isn't completed by the time promised, it would be great if you provide a courtesy vehicle. The customer service provided by Daniel was great!!
