I brought my car for oil change. At the end I saw trans oil was not checked. The reason he gave me was not adequate. 1st he said it was sealed it can’t be checked 2nd it will be checked on the next service. In your kind of business, honesty and trust are the most important factors for repeated customers.

Wilson was kind and professional. He gave me my vehicle back before the guaranteed time, and would text me updates about my car and suggested maintenance. Even though the suggestions were denied, he went above and beyond to note them down for me for my personal reference. Have been to a few Honda dealer service centers, and was impressed with Goudy Honda. Would recommend and come back!
