It took multiple attempts to fix a rattling noise on overhead sunglasses holder from My less than one month old Honda pilot. During previous appointments no proper fix was achieved . On Thursday, April 16th I took the car to service again after speaking with Melannie. Daniel and I drove the car and discussed where the rattling noise was. He asked to leave the car for that day to identify the problem, which I agreed. At the end of the day, he contacted me and informed that they had performed insulation of the overhead sunglasses holder. Since that day rattling noise decrease and now I’m happier with a car and with the surface provided by Daniel.

They found the issue with my new CRV this time so I am satisfied now even though my vehicle was in the shop for most of the day.
First time having my car serviced here. Daniel was professional and efficient in processing my car's work order. Car was ready when he said it would, and he gave me a quick overview of the multi-point check list. Price was reasonable and I felt like I wasn't being sold on other services.

I had a 9am appointment and told Ivan I needed my car by 3. At 2 I returned and asked for an update and he said he didn't have any information for me. It looked like the technician started working on my car at that point (at 2). When ai asked what they had done so far to determine the issue Ivan said he didn't know. It would have been better customer service to say "let me find out". My car wasn't ready until almost 330 which made me late for work. When I was frustrated about that Ivan seemed frustrated with me. Not professional at all.
DAVID WAS GREAT. I WAS SCHEDULED WITH SOMEONE ELSE, BUT HE DIDN'T WANT TO SEE ME WAITING, HE HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. MADE THE PROCESS SMOOTH.
