Service was okay. The driver we had was great! I just didn't like that is says "car wash with Every Service" sign but the only thing that happened was the bag of trash I had on the floor got moved to my seat. I was told I would get picked up and dropped off but no one knew I was getting picked back up. I mean you would think if I dropped off my car at 7:03 a.m. and got dropped back off at 11:30-40 and still didn't even get helped til 30 minutes later at least a little vacuum or window clean. I felt like since I didn't pay anything I didn't get the same customer service as the other customers did. They were being attended to and being well explained on what was going to happen and an exact time on when their vehicle would be ready. I also didn't like how I made spoke to someone from honda and they took down my info but NEVER called me back to even make an appointment .
