Hours after my maintenance check , my tire pressure was low light came on and I need to find time once again to visit the screen honda to fix this.
My service advisor Tony Ayala was incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous. I really appreciated how he approached me, talked to me about issues with my vehicle, and followed up and explain things to me in simple terms. I don’t know anything about cars, so sometimes it can be intimidating, but I felt comfortable with him and appreciated his honesty and work ethic.

Rachelle was a very sweet young lady when I called. I had an appointment for the next day and I was thinking I would have to wait at least a week.
There were a few minor “omissions “ during this service such as 1) I didn’t receive multi inspection report sheet and I have to ask for the condition of the brake pads. 2) The came back without being washed. 3) service reminder sticker on the windshield didn’t get updated.
Super happy with the experience and Johnny was awesome with exceptional service. Looking forward to all my future services being done here.
