My service advisor Tony Ayala was incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous. I really appreciated how he approached me, talked to me about issues with my vehicle, and followed up and explain things to me in simple terms. I don’t know anything about cars, so sometimes it can be intimidating, but I felt comfortable with him and appreciated his honesty and work ethic.

Very friendly. I appreciated the updates. I have asked multiple times previously when in for oil changes, etc. about my stereo/HondaLink glitching and Johnny is the first person to give me information and requested a reset to be done. Thank you, Johnny!

There were a few minor “omissions “ during this service such as 1) I didn’t receive multi inspection report sheet and I have to ask for the condition of the brake pads. 2) The came back without being washed. 3) service reminder sticker on the windshield didn’t get updated.
