Tony was great. Very kind and easy to deal with.First fuel pump recall replacement was not successful, but Tony immediately ordered necessary parts and scheduled second visit--which is today. Honda recalls are a pain in the **** and put good people like Tony in bad position. Tony the service advisor was excellent, Spreen is very good, and I love my Ridgeline. Recalls, however, ****.

Your drivers hit the passenger side mirror w something and break it the manager said they have a ready to replace it's more than a week and I don't have any notice yet!!!!

Adam **** made my dealership experience very pleasant and painless. Handled the passenger air bag recall in a quick and timely manner. Overall he made it very easy to get in and out within an hour and a half, from start to finish.

Ric is amazing! I wish he could give a class or host a seminar on how to provide customer service. He was at good! If I had the opportunity to schedule all of my service needs with him every time, I would. Thankfully the last two or three times he's been my service advisor oh, and I'm very grateful for that.
