I was charged the retail price for my ac compressor and you advertise it for over $100 less for online orders. You should offer the same discount for people who take their vehicle to you for repairs. I asked for the ac system to be replaced but only the compressor was changed. I still have the original receiver and dryer. My air is cool for a few minutes then gets warm. No real improvement from what I already had. Some of the recommendations for repairs were off and only done because my car is old. Finally, completion was 4 hours later than estimated. I was worried I would be stranded at work and my drive home is 40 miles.
Some spots were still dirty on the outside top of the car. The passenger seat seams/creases still has some sand in between. You can see the streaks of the rag on my passenger windows and residue of whatever they used on the dashboard inside the windshield as well. Tires did have shine on them, but so did the rims and you can tell they have the greasy shine on them. I don’t think much detail went into this complete detailing service. I expected better results given the price.
