Way too long wait time in phones. 30 plus minutes is ridiculous. Had to keep calling regarding parts. Is there anyone that can come back to the line within a reasonable amount of time….say ten minutes ?
Finally I asked if there was any way for them to contact me regarding pending parts. Again the extreme hold times. Your on hold has some screeching going on adding yo the unpleasantness. . It should not be this difficult. Also my alarm was disconnected which means I need to go back.

Your service is ok but your prices are high and you never offer any kind of coupons or special incentives for the very expensive services that your staff always recommends. Riverside Honda sends out special deals on a regular basis and you can even download coupons on their website. I should have gone to Riverside Honda but they were booked and I needed an oil change .

Upon pickup, I noticed my paperwork stated that I had declined recommended services. Problem is, I was never contacted about any recommend services. Otherwise, all went well.
