They took me right in and paged me that they were done early.
Your service guys was good you mechanic was awesome very knowledgeable and toke the time to explain everything that he toke care of on the car. This mechanic is top notch. I'm not sure if all you mechanics are as good as this one with your customers but if they are you guys have a very solid crew. Thank you for taking care of our car.

Danny was very informative and helped me understand my multipoint inspection and answered any questions I had regarding the outcome of the inspection too. I couldn’t have asked for a better representative to help me through my regular maintenance reminders.

Great service my car was ready within the tome I was advised.
I did have to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change which seemed excessive. But the staff was great.
I came in to resolve to issues which they could not do through the current testing methods for electrical problems and noise problems on the interior of my vehicle
After over an hour of waiting outside for my car to be serviced, I noticed that my car had come out of the garage and was parked in the lot. I thought it was going to to receive additional services (e.g. have battery changed after it's oil change, or receive a wash). After receiving a text to pick up my car I realized that it had been serviced with a oil change and new battery as it sat in the lot for 45min for no particular reason... I also asked for the car to get a rinse after having receiving it, which took an addition 10-15 min. I'm not sure why this happened.
Joshua was very reassuring and personable. The service took less than an hour. Very satisfied overall!

The service was good; oil change, tire rotation, front end alignment and front end inspection due to a hard hit and flat tire.
I also had the donut spare tire replaced because the sidewall and tread rubber was cracked. I asked the service representative to please put the new tire in a large plastic bag I provided and the spare tire back in the spare tire compartment under the car. I found the spare tire in the back of my car along with the bad spare tire in the plastic bag. Disappointed...first time.
