I told the service guy that the TPMS light had been on for several months and that I needed the tires checked and the light reset. I was was told my tires were good, but when I got into my vehicle the TPMS light was still on, on the dash. I had an appointment to get to, so I couldn’t go back in and address the issue.
Took my car in for a full detail and Sebastian did a phenomenal job to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Thanks Sebastian.
The truck was water spotted pretty bad and I had to wash it again myself.

I appreciate the professionalism and customer service. Most of all your staff are welcoming and helpful. The young man that brought my car out from the parking lot kind of ignored me when I asked him where my receipt was. He had placed it on the dashboard and then walked off once he got out of the car. I tried to call him but he acted like he didn't hear me. I found it though, it was rude to be ignored. Maybe he needs to check his hearing. Other than that, service was great. Would be nice, when they wash the car, it they could clean tire rims too. I would pay extra so it's cleaner. Not a big deal though, still satisfied with service and spent less than 2 hours there. Thank you so much, very pleasant service.
My advisor Ramy was helpful and nice Also, the lady that gave me a ride was very nice and professional. I missed a call from Ramy and I returned the call ****-****-xxxx to tell him where my wheel lock was, but But no one answered the phone when. I tried to call 3 tunes. I had to leave a message. The text option to ****-****-xxxx worked though. If I knew I can respond via text. I would have done that first.
