The person who helped me wasn’t very friendly and was unaware of many things his excuse being he just “transferred there so he isn’t sure”, service took almost 2 hours if not more, and he had my car waiting in the parking lot until I had to go out to look for it myself and once he saw me he then remembered that my car was already finished. Over dissatisfied.

I went in for a tire rotation and an oil change. My husband went in at the same time for the same thing and they told my husband and I that it would be an hour and a half my husband got a text about an hour after we got there saying his car was ready I then go in to check on mine and it was still not ready. The man assisting us then walked outside checking thru several white cars and looked a little distraught. 20 mins had past and my husband had gone in to check again and the worker then walked back out looking for my car the service manager explained to my husband that he was looking for my vehicle. After they found it they explained it would be done when it was finally finished the employee explained that they didn't do the rotation because my tires didn't need it when I want to know is if they didn't do a service I asked for then why did my vehicle take longer then my husband's I didn't appreciate the lack of communication had my husband not gone in there who knows hoe long I would have been waiting

Rochelle was very professional and the shuttle driving was performed safely. I appreciate how well I was treated and plan to return for my service needs.

They were fast on getting my car done . But I had a problem I open the hood and the Bracketof the battery was just laying on top of the battery that could’ve caused a big problem with the motor
