Was mostly satisfied with today’s service. It did take quite a bit longer than anticipated and it felt like the service was tabled until inquired. Nevertheless, Jay has made the best efforts to ensure all customers are served. A previous service was frustrating due to the dealership’s (not Jay’s) lack of attention to detail with a vehicle staying overnight (open windows and unlocked doors). Unfortunately that vehicle was not able to be diagnosed for a noise. Jay was honest about the situation. Thanks Jay!

Ramy was very personable and attentive to the issues I had with my car. It was great working with him. He was patient and very helpful. One of the best experiences I have had at the dealership.
This is not Ramy’s fault: But whoever washed the car after the repairs did a slipshod job. There was visible brown shadows of dirt all over. The areas were not scrubbed but just dried so you could see the patches very clearly.
My tech was very informative and amazingly helpful. Definitely five star service.
