Was mostly satisfied with today’s service. It did take quite a bit longer than anticipated and it felt like the service was tabled until inquired. Nevertheless, Jay has made the best efforts to ensure all customers are served. A previous service was frustrating due to the dealership’s (not Jay’s) lack of attention to detail with a vehicle staying overnight (open windows and unlocked doors). Unfortunately that vehicle was not able to be diagnosed for a noise. Jay was honest about the situation. Thanks Jay!

Ramy was very personable and attentive to the issues I had with my car. It was great working with him. He was patient and very helpful. One of the best experiences I have had at the dealership. This is not Ramy’s fault: But whoever washed the car after the repairs did a slipshod job. There was visible brown shadows of dirt all over. The areas were not scrubbed but just dried so you could see the patches very clearly.
