Sebastian was great. Even though issues arose and they weren't able to complete the test he was quick to call and apologize for the situation and speak about how we would move forward. Great experience with him.
Honda carries a lot of pride on making sure that safety is priority however, when I got my service completed they notated my tire tread wear incorrectly. On the paperwork that put my tires as being 8’ 32nds and my front tires had more wear that is why I paid to have them rotated. They need to make sure that they are completing the services completely even being truthful on the paperwork. A large customer group rely on the dealer they are reporting safety factors correctly. Another thing is that they did not do the complimentary wash when they should have.
He got the job done sooner than expected and explained every issue and solution thoroughly, and clearly.
It was professional, efficient and courteous.
