Rachelle was great. She went over everything I needed right away and what could wait until next service. She didn’t try to upsell me on anything, in fact, she even applied a manufacturer’s coupon for an oil change to save me money. Rachelle definitely provided excellent customer service making me feel comfortable and wanting to return for future services.

Drove up and the lines were long. It was obvious the guy who was directing traffic was well organized and the line went very quickly. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable and informed me of and extended warranty for a potential future issue my vehicle may encounter. Relatively quick service and recall was handled without delay. Jesse is an asset to Spreen
