I love coming to spreen Honda to get the service done to my car. I live in San Diego, but will wait to come to Redlands to get the Maintance done. I have family here so it’s worth it. I never feel rushed or lied to about what my car needs. I visited a dealer here in San Diego and I was told I needed to replace my cabin filter and air filter ASAP, but I had replaced them the day before. I never went back!!! Anyways like I said keep up the honest work!!!

On my paper it said I was gonna get a Complementary car wash and I didn’t. You guys uninstalled my car sit I had in my car you guys didn’t tell me and removed a tower cover I had on the sit. Very upset with this location not the first time something happened at this location with my cars.

I was informed it would take an hr to an hr and a half to complete my oil change and it ended up being 3 hrs even with declining a car wash. Additionally, My vehicle recently had major repairs done at this location and the previous representative did not annotate any of the issues I asked him to look into. I had to wait a week longer than quoted to get my car back so I did not want to postpone the process any further. One upside is the representative today made a note outlining the issues that were overlooked by the previous representative.

Service advisors customer service needs improvement. Sounds rude in person, and over the phone. I only keep returning to Spreen Honda since it’s where I purchased my vehicle which is constantly coming back to the dealership for numerous problems.
