Jay was very knowledgeable and explained things that my van needed very clearly. I did not feel as though, I’m being talked to by a sales person trying to get me to spend more money than I needed to, just someone trying to help out. Which in turn, made me comfortable in spending more money to fix what he said I needed. Awesome work Jay!
