When I walked in, there was a worker at a computer reading something and I asked him if he could help me. He initially ignored me and kept reading so I asked again. He then acted really annoyed and said someone would help me. It took a good 10min before anyone acknowledged my existence. I asked for a menu of service options. I was told there wasn’t one and to take a picture of the one on the wall. The service at Honda of the Desert is just so much better at pretending to care. The Spreen Honda employee who I had first contact with? Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe his dog died. I’m going to extend the benefit of the doubt and avoid giving his name but… you’re in a customer service profession. I can take my business elsewhere. EVERY time I’ve been to Spreen, the service is “meh” at best.

I am from.out of town when my car broke down on Sunday. The sales people helped me drop.it off when I called the next day they were on top.of the problem and called me promptly when found the problem let me know price and time it would be done. And they were done when said. Pick up was smooth and quick even gave me a bottle water. Thank you so much for making my stressful day a little less stress!!!

This was my first time at Spreen Honda, and I will definitely be back! Danny was great. He made us feel welcome, and was very helpful in explaining prices and giving us other options on services. Wait time was faster then expected and the car wash was a nice touch. Thank you for your great service. I usually dread going to the dealership, but it was a nice experience coming here today.
