Very good customer service
The price of the part that I needed was entirely too expensive and there were no tires that I needed. We now have one tire that is different from the others because of manufacturing and has white letters instead of black like the other three. This is the first time I have had negative experiences.

Danny was amazing to work with as usual. He set up a shuttle to take me hone while the recall on my HrV was taken care of and notified me of any updates. When my vehicle was ready he sent me the text message and made sure to call me as well. When I arrived to pick up my car he recognized me and pulled my paperwork before I got to the counter and my car was brought up in less than five minutes. It is always a pleasure to work with Danny because he shows he cares about the safety of his clients and the quality of his work.

The customer service was beyond expectation. They completely took care of replacing my ac compressor which was not covered under my warranty however with only 23,000 miles on my 2017 honda they agreed to take care of 95% the replacement. such a huge relief with both my husband and i being retired. Johnny, the service manager went beyond expectation to make sure I was taken Care of. This service is the reason I will always buy a honda and will refer people to do the same. Spreen honda has always been outstanding ! Thank you !!

One of the advisor came and said that he can not do the appt schedule that Saturday because it was late. Well the apt was schedule for 2:50. He said he will ask service manager then he came back states that the apt was changed due to over book. Luckily Sebastian came and he said that he can do the oil change. With in 20 min the oil change was done. Thanks Sebastian with the good job. Please do not cancel any apt that was schedule even you have over book. And that derive manager is foolish to cancel my apt. Please advise the service manager to behave and look for scheduled already book
