Service representative did an outstanding job , however the folks in the drop off and pickup area appeared not to want to help customers or retrieve my car .It was half washed and not even dry when brought to me , i do realize it was it was a little cold outside and if they didn't want to wash it they shouldn't. Also when i got there i sat for almost 10 minutes before someone would help and none of the guys in service drive even as if I needed assistance or help or acknowledged that a customer was there.
Jess was really helpful. Brandon Shaw (sales manager) really looked after me even post sales, he’s still looking after me he was the one who helped me to get the appointment for the recall.
