The cost of the door repair was way too high as I did some research after I put the van at your dealership. Very disappointed.
Secondly, I had requested the Fr passenger seat belt to be untangled. Reminded twice. Was not done at the time of pick up. You had to take it back to the shop to get it done.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Jessie M was very informative when it came to the difference between the regular oil and full synthetic oil as well as the oil perecentage and how everything works. He really took his time to explain how it worked and convinced me to get the full synthetic oil and I am grateful that he took his time to do so. This is the best customer service that I have ever received at Spreen Honda!

Customer service was good. Technician service was poor, found oil stains inside the car and outside of the car. Oil hand marks on the hood, driver and back passenger door handles as well as side skirts. I had just washed and detailed car. Not pleased with technician service
Your service team did a great job.
I’m accustomed to having my car washed as a added service, was in no rush to pick up my car and when I finally did almost 6 hours later it was brorught up to the front still dirty
Adam was excellent only thing I didn’t like is didn’t wash the car properly.
