During my visit my sales advisor made me feel dumb, Comparing my service call to that of a specialist Doctor. I understood perfectly the explanation he provided me the first time I didn’t need a comparison in lameist terms. At the same time he was very agreesive in charging me for diagnostics, he gave me good advise to go to another Honda dealer where I was treated with respect and had my car diagnosed and serviced. The sales advisor was charging me $140 to tell me why my tire was shaking. The other dealer looked over my car no charge and I ended up fixing my car with them for great service and customer centrisity. I ended up purchasing tires for 2 of my vehicles. I listen to my service advisor and took my business elsewhere since he was unwilling to help me.
