Found that car was leaking oil overnight in the garage. Went to service again but was closed on Sunday. John (General Manager sales) was able to help me and mentioned that it was probably due to technician dropping oil/not cleaning. As of now, I wasted time, my garage is dirty, the bottom of my car is dirty, and still unsure what the problem was. I’m extremely disappointed on the lack of quality service. I pay a premium to have this basic service performed at dealership but apparently it is unjustified. I expect at the very least a free service and full clean up of my car. -Matias F
My car was not repaired. My window is still malfunctioning. My car was detailed on the outside but only vacuumed on the inside. The inside was still dirty. Not sure what happened but nobody qaqc’d the car before I picked up.
