I waited over 3 hours for the shuttle to call me to schedule to pick me up. Shuttle called me about 15 minutes after I called and said to take me off the list. By then I could not wait around any longer and had to find a ride the next morning. I then stood outside the dealership the next morning before the business opened because my ride had to get to work and I had to go in late to work because I had to wait until the next day to pick up my car.

I read my Hand book from Honda care e Set covers a 100% of my tires and I still had to pay $32 for replacing tire. Not satisfied with the service.

I recently serviced my Van with Spreen Honda and spent hundreds of dollars. Presumably, you checked the battery at that time and here I was back again with the battery need to be replaced so soon thereafter. I wish somebody would call me to make me understand the situation a little bit better to prevent this from happening again in future. Thank you
