I waited over 3 hours for the shuttle to call me to schedule to pick me up. Shuttle called me about 15 minutes after I called and said to take me off the list. By then I could not wait around any longer and had to find a ride the next morning. I then stood outside the dealership the next morning before the business opened because my ride had to get to work and I had to go in late to work because I had to wait until the next day to pick up my car.
I didn’t have to wait long & I like the car wash.
Adam was very kind and helpful. You could tell that he loves what he does and his number one priority is customer satisfaction, and ensuring that we as Honda owners feel safe, secure and are informed on our vehicles. His customer service was above and beyond.
I read my Hand book from Honda care e Set covers a 100% of my tires and I still had to pay $32 for replacing tire.

I recently serviced my Van with Spreen Honda and spent hundreds of dollars. Presumably, you checked the battery at that time and here I was back again with the battery need to be replaced so soon thereafter. I wish somebody would call me to make me understand the situation a little bit better to prevent this from happening again in future. Thank you
