Rachelle was very helpful and friendly. I walk with a cane so am a bit slow. She waited for me and made sure I could navigate the curb. Great customer service.

I always try to make sure to keep my Honda in the best of shape and enjoy taking it back to spreen where I purchased brand new.but knowing rachelle is there to always assist me with any of my concerns is absolutely why I always return for service she treats me like family ????
Windows were not completely clean. Smudged. Especially the back window. Small area in front passenger seat upholstery could have used more work. Everything else seems great.

The service was fine but they didn’t wash the suds off my windows. It was nice that they washed my car at all but now my back window and side windows have a film on it. I was too much in a rush to have them fix it.
Service was excellent. My service writer was very courteous and polite. The service for my vehicle was very quick and was promptly notified when my vehicle was ready.
The alarm does not seem to be to setting with the normal second touch of the key. The indicator light and the horn both don't act like they should and have over the years.
