Service on the car was great! I had to ask the cashier to explain recommendations are the customer service person did not review done. Closing the loop with efficent and respect would have been appreciated. Someone left there key to another honda vehicle in my car. When i returned it to the gentleman outside at the podium, a man rapidly and rudely snatched the key out of my hand never to utter a word (e.g. our apologies, sorry, thank uou and have a good evening). It is the small things that make a big impact on customers who choose to spend their hard working dollars on Honda products. For this i will think twice about service at this dealer.
