I've had better experiences. It seems Jesse was asking me questions that I had never been asked before. For instance, do I need an inspection of my vehicle or just the oil change. Then he says the shuttle stops running at 4 and I was told before it was 4:30. I didn't get off work until 4 p.m Just not as welcoming as in the past.
