Your system allowed me to make an appointment on Sunday for 2:30 pm. When I arrived the service department was closed. I wasted 2 hours of my day on Sunday for nothing. I will probably be finding someplace else to have my vehicle services done.
The repair of the garnish on the right front passenger door was estimated to be an hour was close to three and a half hours. The car was supposed to be washed and was not.
Adam send out a message to be careful with the tire after they rotate it because one of the tire has a patch on it and the last time when they rotated it.. it went flat twice, but since Adam sent that message out... it hasn’t been flat... thanks Adam and the team for a job well done... and thank you for the free tire rotation...

I am very pleased with my service. My battery had died. AAA charged it enough to get me to Spreen Honda. Upon my arrival, I was greeted quickly and respectfully. I explained that I had received a thorough inspection with new spark plugs, etc. just last week. The staff offered me a new battery at a lower cost than typical since it had only been a week. I sat down expecting it to be up to an hour to install the new battery. I was amazed when within 20 minutes I was called to pick up my car. When the staff member walked me to the payment desk I expressed how fast it took. The staff member smiled and said, “You were here just a week ago and we wouldn’t want you to wait”. I really felt that the staff worked above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I really appreciate it! All staff members were very professional and customer friendly! Thank You!
