1, I will have to return. I left my vehicle at 9:09 am, picked up around 6:30 pm when notified it was ready. Left shop, then discovered that drivers side mirror no longer working. Immediately returned and was told no one can help me. Mirror was working when I dropped off car. 2. $140 service fee to hook vehicles to a scanner to diagnose?

My paperwork was given to sales person when my car was ready, she said they told you about the cabin & air filter, right? No one spoke to me at all about my car when it was finished other than being told it was ready. I would have liked to take care of everything today, but they didn't bring to my attention until it wad too late. I took a few hours off off work to bring my car in for service today, now another service trip is needed.
