Good customer service and very prompt
Service consultant was pleasant and helpful. Initial check in experience needs to be improved. Young man that was outside moving cars never looked up to direct customers. Perhaps not his job, in which case spreen needs to have someone out there. Additionally the car was poorly washed with mud all along the bottom part. Long-time customer, but things seem to of gone downhill.
