When I took my car for service I asked simple request to clean the area after they change the oil I guess they didn't do it I don't know if was intentionally or they forgot but now I have an oil spill in my garage something that could be avoid it now I have to take my car again tomorrow necessary trip something that couldn't be done right the first time instead of the second time

Yes, Tony Ayala was very helpful with my services I needed for my car. I was on my way to the Beach getaway and he noticed I didn’t get my transmission serviced in a long time. Thank goodness be pointed it out. My car was feeling kinda funny but now it feels GREAT!!! He was very patient with me and explained how often to get it serviced.

Johnny Torrez was very helpful and professional.
customer service was horrible, gave me back my vehicles paint full of oil and had to have them take it back. was told i “needed” to change my transmission oil when spreen acura had done it 6k miles ago.... it was an all around bad experience, i would love to keep on coming back if they better their customer service.
My problem was not resolved. I brought my car in due to problems with the ignition - the car does not start some times and the ignition has to be pressed twice and sometimes thrice. They told me they could not resolve my problem. I bought this car from you. If you cant fix my problem then who can? I purchased two cars from you. I will not be buying or recommending your dealership in the future.
The auto detailing always disappoints. It’s average compared to what I get at the car wash for the same price. I only buy it here because it’s convenient, but I wish the quality was better
