The problem was fixed. I did have to take the car back twice for this same problem which was apparently a defect that Honda knew about. I’m not sure if they were aware when I first took it in, in October 2018.

I was told the parts I was assured would be waiting for me and I believe they were were not available I was also told by the advisor Sebastian the air cleaners and filters looked WHITE and they looked fine. I received satisfactory and complete service from a Honda service center that though the work to replace these items was difficult, they completed their work and handed at my request the filthy cleaners( NO WHITE AT ALL ON THEM.) I left your place of business with a wet vehicle and also returned home after Spreen to smell OIL from lack of care while changing my car's oil. NO NEED FOR RESPONSE AS I WILL NOT RETURN TO SPREEN OF LOMA LINDA. It was a convenience because I live in Loma Linda but I earned convenience is NOT always worth it.
