The mechanic forgot to reset the percentage rate of engine oil used. I brought in when the vehicle oil reading at 30%. It should have been reset at 100% after it was oil changed last Saturday- June 16. This is the only visible way in my LCD when it’s ready for me to bring it back to Spreen for oil change and other maintenance concerns if any. I have 5yr warranty for oil change.
I appreciate if I can take it back and reset it by reasons above. Thanks.

He takes care to explain the work that may be needed, keeps me apprised of the status and any changes to the work order. This may well simply be the expectations of Spreen, however in my 40+ yrs of maintaining my vehicles, including 2 previous Accords, I have never encountered such kind attention, professionalism and helpfulness.I always call or email Sebastian before I come in.Thanks
