First, I called to explain my issue. Was told there was nothing you can do. Was told it was my battery. After explaining again, was told I was responsible for the car. I have warranty. Then I put a new battery in just to appease your staff, still won't start. When I show up I'm given the run around and my car is not even looked at till the next day. Now when called it is a issue that was fixed before but now want to charge my question is, how hard is it to tape a wire and zip tie it? $440 dollars is a rip off. Now why don't you train you help and teach them to listen and learn some manners.

Everything was awesome, my only issue is he same issue I’ve been dealing with for more over a year. I have been having problems with my driver side window and every representative that I’ve spoken to says it’s just dust that’s causing the window to get stuck. They did the exact same thing they did the first time I took it in, it’s only a matter of time before it starts giving me problems again. I don’t have my warranty anymore so now It has to come out of my pocket. I just think it’s weird how they say it’s just dust that with time it builds up, I have own many cars in my lifetime and have never that that issue. I just wish I could speak with a manager next time I visit.

Good service and communication. It was a more expensive than I expected
I paid for the $19.99 car wash. I add the carwash with routine maintenance services since 2016 as a regular customer. In the last year, the detail shop work has steadily declined, to a point where my car was only washed the inside was not touched. I was given a free car wash when I came back and my car was cleaned as it had been in years prior. This time y inside windows were not wiped down, only the top of my dash was wiped down. I hope on future visits your detail shop will return tomorrow caring about the service they provide regular loyal customers who in part are the reason they have a job.

Service representative was excellent but the detail department was not able to complete my service request for platinum wash. Service representative noted the long wait on paper work.
