Bought car in '07, been customer ever since!
My Keys were duplicated appropriately as requested. However this took over 2.5hrs. I later find they have done all these diagnostics on my car and had a printout of things that needed to be attended to. I didn’t ask for it and it just took up unnecessary time. I wish the attendant would be more straightforward and clear about services to be performed on my car. I will not return unless I absolutely have to.

2 hour wait. Drove to express first, employee in office had lukewarm attitude. Confusing on who was helping and where to drive up. $29.95 for a wheel rotation. I can get for $5 at America’s tire. If my wife didn’t insist on including in the overall price, I would never come here for service. Buying a car at Spreen is great, love the employees. Service is meh.
