Wife took the car in for passenger side airbag replacement. Was told it would take 1.5 hours. It was done in one hour. I did not talk to anyone there. She was happy with the work, especially getting a car wash too.

Always a good time at the H dealership...so many friendly people. I was early (8Am) enough to see a full box of donuts. I particularly enjoyed the overhead music... Both music selections and volume! The experience was better than Starbucks. People calling customers by name is an extra effort on your part, but I appreciate it. Thanks

After picking up my vehicle, the first time. I was left stranded with a dead batter. I had to get the car jumped and take it back for two more days of service. The battery died because of a screw that had been pushed into the space between the battery clamp and the battery. Now the original service required the battery to be worked with because my radio needed to be recoded, something else that was not done. I have my battery serviced regularly, and I know a screw was not in the battery because I recently jumped someone. Instead of owning that someone compromised in their work and put the screw there, I was told that what they would admit to was that the technician was remiss in catching the screw. I believe he put the screw there because without it, he would not be able to get the car started due to the poor connection. It was disappointing that Spreen did not take full responsibility for the incident. Then, instead of showing good faith and completely taking care of the problem, they took partial responsibility and I was charged another 140.00 dollars. My husband and I have been purchasing and servicing cars from Spreen for 30 years. He’s in heaven now and I’m left taking care of something he was so good at. He always had so much faith in Spreen and assured me that they would take good care of me. You took care of me with a rental and I really do appreciate this; however, I have lost confidence in Spreen, but like family, you always give them another chance.

I am always confident that my car is in good hands when I take it in to be worked on. The fellow (Jessie) who does the paper work for my car always explains what will be done and gives me an approximate time of how long it Will take.. I appreciate that. The service is always good.
