Adam helped me on Thursday when I came in at 5 minutes before 5:00 (lame, I know). He was so nice and so helpful when he had every right to feel a little annoyed with my poor planning skills. Made my day a little easier and I can’t thank you enough for that! Yay for awesome employees!

Kelly Martin Durham Sales manager was completely disrespectful and refused to assist me in getting my car after hours. I had to call the sheriff's to come and assist me. He was so unprofessional that he didn't want to give me his name. I has to take it off the sales license wall. A Horrible ex experience. Disappointed the company would hire someone like him. Lost a possible loyal customer!

Waited an hour to be told tire person called in sick. The hour my car sat there it could of been washed. I was told it would be two to three hours. I went to a tire store with the tires. Mount and balance $45.00 which includes tire despot
