Not sure why i didnt get a print out of a multi point inspection checklist.
In fact didnt know my battery needed replacing...i had to buy a battery as my car wouldn't start after work. Last 2 times haven't been great experiences.

This is the first time I have not been completely satisfied with the service at Spreen. My problem was not resolved. I left feeling like the service rep didn’t want to deal with me any longer after I declined the overpriced repair mistakenly recommended.
Very professional and they worked very fast. Use to waiting much longer at diamond Honda. Definitely coming back here for now on.
