I asked for my brake pedal issue be checked out and the representative really did not know he simply repeated what was on his paperwork Apparently my car had been done and my paperwork was sitting on the desk but no one notified me I looked out and saw it sitting outside and told the rep it was done This is the last time I am driving all the way to Redlands and sitting for 2 hours waiting for my car to be serviced
