Ricardo was a little rude towards some of the questions I had about my car/experience. It seemed like he had an attitude, and he kept socializing with coworkers and talking about how they gave him the wrong coffee before work at Starbucks. I was left there without an explanation so many times. He was brief, and I don’t know much about cars not getting my car an oil change. I just felt like he was distracted that day. Unprofessional
Danny was great. I really appreciated the way he explained the service recommendations to me.

My only feedback would be that when someone walks in the door that an employee greet them. When I picked up my car I stood for several minutes before I was acknowledged. Other than that I was very pleased with my visit.
I am truly blessed that I have Rachelle Roberts as my advisor. I cannot praise her enough she is the best worker I've seen for Honda
