30,000 mile check up probably good. Went to circle k for a drink. Turned off the csr. Went back to my car and it took 3 tries to start the car. Thanks for asking.

I think I was overcharged for changing my battery. My battery had a 100 month warranty but I was charged the full amount for my battery replacement. I should get a credit for replacing my battery because it was only 4 years old.

We had an oil change and tire rotation done. The service itself was satisfactory, but it took 4 hours. Four hours. That’s a lot of time. The service desk said it was a busy day, but people who arrived after we did, left before us. Four hours, that’s crazy.
