Need to be fair to ALL clients. By passing me & helping the one behind me is not fair. Also EVERYONE in reservation line should be helped first before the ones in walk-in line. One other thing, couple of drivers behind me in reservation line got tired of waiting (we could see how quickly walk-in line was being helped), went to the service desk & got their paperwork done while I’m sitting patiently for my turn. All I want is Fair & Equal treatment. Other than that Rochelle, Alan & Nonnie gave very good customer service & let me vent about the preferential treatment some got.

The service was good but do you seriously charge $90 for the A1 service???!!?. All I can say is WOW.

Rachelle is amazing! I always know I'm in good hands. She explained everything, was gracious, expedient, great job making the customer feel comfortable and wanting to always come to Spreen Honda for service and work.

My car was ready at the estimated time I was given. I would have liked my windows wiped after the car wash as this left spots over on my back windows

Not only this time, but previously, I’ve had Rachelle as my service advisor. Rachelle’s customer service is excellent! She listened attentively to my concerns and researched my car history to advise what was type of service was needed. Thanks Rachelle and Spreen Honda!
