Ric did a great job keeping me informed of all that was going on with my vehicle. He was patient and thorough with all the service and i felt very confortable with him.
2nd visit,losing Freon,but inspection shows no leaks.I'm suspecting well known design flaw in Compressor (Civic 2016-2019).Many dealers waste customer's money by replacing misc. A/C related parts. Spreen Honda did not and gave me Excellent Service, Very Thankful!

I was satisfied with the oil change. However, when the service advisor told me I needed new brakes, I shared that I would do them myself. He made a snarky comment as evidenced by his sarcastic tone of voice, “Good luck with that, they are electronic brakes.” My vehicle is a 2016 CRV, it does not have electronic brakes. Although my car received the complimentary car wash, the windshield was covered in streaks.

Thank you very much for the excellent service I received 10/12/2019. It was my first time taking my car to you, and can say I will definitely be back for future services that my car will inevitably need. The price I paid for my oil change with full synthetic oil was substantially lower then any other price quote that I got when I called around different shops. I would gladly recommend your services to anyone and everyone.

It took three weeks to repair my car. My biggest issue was with the time it took. Plus it seemed like there were a lot more miles on my new car than when I left it for the service.The loaner car was good. And the Service representatives was good.
