I was having a problem with the tire light it was keep turning on for about a week. They checked it out they thought it was just the tires needing air about the fourth time going they finally seen what was the problem they were so helpful and concern they fixed it. Now everything is great!

Rachelle is a perfect 10!!! She reviewed my service record and discussed what I needed done. She helped my coordinate which service I needed done today or in the near future and what services I could wait on for a few months. I have every confidence in Rachelle. My car is a 2008 CRV with 534,000 miles on it because of great service thru Spreen Honda. I hope to drive it for 1-2 more years. Thank you Spreen. My next CRV will be purchased at Spreen.

He was rude from the moment we made contact. Everyone has always been nice until him! When he spoke to me he was condescending, arrogant and sarcastic. On the phone it was a contest to see who could talk over who and he was rude with his smart remarks! I asked a question and his response was... did you NOT listen to the voice mail I left you?!?! At that time the message had not even come thru on my phone yet!! I will insist that HE NOT help me next time I come in for service. If anyone cares to call me for further details, please feel free.., Tires were an issue too if you would like me elaborate.
The agent that helped me was great Danny. Very helpful and friendly. I unfortunately was told the car was getting a complimentary wash, and once I got the car I noticed it wasnt washed. Just hope next time if they say complimentary I actually get it.
I'm grateful that my car got washed during the evaluation. I didn't expect that extra little detail. I'm handicapped so it's an extra THANK YOU!!!
