Appreciate what you did in a timely manner. But failed to check front driver side tire as requested had to take it to Pep Boys.

Rachelle was great. She was excellent from start to end.
The service advisor was good. However, this is the second time that I have received an “inspection sheet “ with my service that wasn’t accurate. The first time (2 service visits ago) my fluids said that they were checked and topped off which they weren’t. This time, my inspection report stated that I needed a cabin air filter which is incorrect. I replaced it myself a few weeks ago. The report was just simply recycled from my previous visit which was about a month ago. I’m starting to lose trust in this service department.
Adam was very helpful and listened closely to what I needed taken care of for my car.

The only downside of visiting Doreen is the excessive reaching out that is done by their associates to get a good review. In the past 48 hours, there has been a phone call, a voicemail, two texts and an email. Supposedly,there will be more coming from corporate. Why do you need such validation?
Danny did an excellent job however the service drive on picking my car , they should have left it unwashed.
It took longer than normal
Please make changes to the shuttle bus system. I bring my car here because I thought the service was available to me when I need it. I understand delays and timing but an hour goes by and no update on a shuttle. Also, when asking for an update on my car, I had to wait an hour for my service advisor to get back to me. The lack of communication and accommodation made my experience today a bad one.
Spreen service department is very efficient and has quick turnaround down to a science. I feel treated very well when I go to Spreen.
