Routine service was performed quickly and efficiently. However, after getting back on the freeway my tire pressure light suddenly came on and I had to return to the dealership to get it reset. This is the second time this has happened. Don't know if others have had the same experience, but it is annoying.
Service Advisor Johnny Torrez did not listen to what I advised him regarding my tires-- I informed him that I recently bought new tires. I'm guessing in an effort to raise his ticket rate, he added the 20$ tire rotation into my service. Furthermore, the SA spoke quickly with disregard for the customer.
I received my car back, dripping wet with muddy dirt running down from the roof and the onto the door panels and rear window (where dirt hides)
Job well done. Melina was excellent.
My tires should’ve been rotated! To be honest, I didn’t request it, but I shouldn’t have to!
