It took almost four hours waiting for my car. At 2:37pm, l was sitting outside & saw my car being parked behind the Oil Change Bldg. It had been washed & now being wiped down with a shammy cloth. I went inside at that point, Twenty minutes later, I was updated that my car was still being worked on. Almost another hour went by -so I queried My assistant Ric & pointed to where my car was parked. He investigated. They couldn’t find my car keys! One item yet to do - clean my headlights -take about 10-15 minutes. Your people were busy that day. over four hours wait!

Well, third time in a row they didn't place a next oil change sticker. Not sure why it's not occurring. Otherwise service was good even if it was a bit of a wait even for a Saturday. Also, I didn't get a copy of the inspection report as they usually give me. I think it may been attached to the invoice and the cashier didn't notice/forgot.
