I'm not happy about the fact that my car has a defective passenger side visor and I've had ti pay to replace it 3 different times. Today I've told at least 10 people about this messed up situation. Sebastian did what he could to mitigate the situation but we both know that part is poorly made and thus will need to be replaced right after the warranty expires. :-/

Door lock cylinder replacement did not correct the condition, so we abandoned further work because of additional cost.

Work took longer than what was anticipated, vehicle was to be ready at 11 am and customer stated he needed to pick up grandson from school at 12 pm. At 11:20 am customer inquired on status and was told 10 more minutes vehicle would be ready but was not actually ready until until about 11:50 am.
