The service adviser took the person behind me although I was there before. When I told him that he came to assist me right away. Also, I felt that my complaints about my air problems were diagnosed before the car was even taken in for evaluation.
My car was in for maintenance, low tire pressure. Sebastian helped me and I could t be happier. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. I happened to mention that I had to replace my battery last month. He told me it was under warranty and provided me with the honda customer service number so I could get reimbursed. My car was ready in an hour. Sebastian is an asset to the honda name.
