I left my car all day long and was never called with an update. I had to call to find out that the part they needed was on back order. I’m not sure when they were going to call to inform me. They first said the part would be there the next day, then it was a week and when I went to pick up my car they said the part would be there Friday, maybe. It seems like communication is lacking.

The shifter had so much grease on it we had to get a napkin and wipe it off. The hood was not closed we had to pull off the fwy and close.

I just found out yesterday that all the times I have taken my vehicle for the light that comes up due to the tires was not even entered into the system. About 2 months ago I was told one of my tires had a nail and I needed I new tire, only to find out that same day it was a lie and all the rep said I am sorry and if I knew who had marked my tire which supposedly had a nail.
The customer service was great. My issue is with the repair pricing. Your pricing is completely and utterly ridiculous. I was told about my transmission fluid needing replacement and I was quoted a price of $139.95 (what a joke!). So $140 to unscrew a bolt, let the old fluid drain and replace it with new fluid and replace the bolt. And I was quoted $450.99 to replace 1 front wheel bearing.
This pricing is a prime example of "taking advantage of the consumer". I'm so completely disgusted and disappointed with Spreen Honda. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to go there or any other Honda Service Center that charges those types of prices.
Also while I was in line checking in my vehicle, there was a elderly woman who was having issues with her CR-V. I overheard her say the vehicle had only 3,800 miles on it (and the vehicle did look fairly new because I saw it parked outside on the line). The Customer service rep told her she had to pay a $140 for Diagnostic check (but if there were any engine repairs needed it would be applied to the repair cost). What the heck is wrong with you people? You don't charge someone that kind of money to check out a practically new vehicle. It should be FREE because it's called good customer service. Then Honda has the nerve to advertise those ridiculous "Helpful Honda" commercials. Only the Honda is doing is helping themselves to hard working people's pocketbook.
